3/ I’d like to know if my health insurance would cover the costs for my visits and/or treatments when I receive cares at your clinic.

We can check your health coverage with our clinic network for you for free. Simply send in your info via email or via secured Drop Box above.

– By email: In subject, add “check insurance coverage”. Attach your photo ID (front and back), insurance card (front and back). Send email.

– By Drop Box (above): add to Clinic Drop Box your photo ID (front and back), insurance card (front and back). In the Message box, type in “check insurance coverage”, also leave your phone number, or email for us to give you the answer. Click UPLOAD.

4/ Another clinic wants to send documents for our mutual patient(s)?

You’re from another clinic/hospital and need to send or upload our mutual patient’s documentation, instead of faxing, you can email or use the secured Drop Box above, please include a cover letter (in text .txt or word .doc/.docx format);

We recommend to use this feature as the files will be better in quality compared to faxing. However, you still can fax if it is how you would like to send the documents over, check our fax number here: Contacto.

5/ I’d like to send a previous test result, a health document, a current med list, an updated insurance card or a receipt, etc.

You can take a picture of it, then either email us, or simply Upload them to the secured Drop Box above. We get notified right away once you upload your files.

6/ I’d like to send in the CT Scan or MRI images in big file size, or a large DICOM iso file.

We will provide you a large capacity, secured Shared Folder to upload the files.
